• Educational information on the do’s and don’ts for Fire, Water and Mold damage
• Current projects- complete with information and directions
• Project schedules- see when your loss or your insured’s loss will be finished
• Note pad for taking notes about your claim
• Digital recorder to make digital notes of any questions or comments you may have regarding your claim
• Photos- send pictures of your loss
