How to setup vSave For Vine apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.

- Done !

Note: If you have any problem to open or download a video, that mean your phone doesn't support .mp4 video format , download VLC Player or any video player and it will works.
